Agents of Discovery is a group of Missions made up of Challenges. Each Mission also has a map of the location and a Field Agent to guide you. Once you complete each Challenge in your Mission, you’ll unlock a reward! The App gives all the details!
There are 3 Missions in Castle Rock: Festival Park has an urban-park style Mission, perfect for an outing in Downtown Castle Rock and Philip S. Miller Park and Metzler Family Open Space both have missions on their trails.
The Agents of Discovery platform is based on the idea that “screen-time can be green time,” and outdoor learning can vastly improve learners’ ability to absorb information.
Outdoor education has always been a main focus of the platform because of the many benefits for learners of all ages. Research has consistently shown that hands-on learning in natural environments can have a profound impact on individuals. The key benefits of outdoor learning can be organized into three categories: cognitive, physical, and emotional benefits.
